For the X Factor 2026 auditions, nearly three million viewers in total combined audience, up +22% compared to last season's debut. As explained in a Sky press release, "overall, across free and pay platforms, over seven days the first episode of the twentieth anniversary edition achieved record numbers: a total combined audience of 2,973,000 viewers, up +22% compared to last season's debut. On the social media front, the response was also strong, with 435,000 Social TV Audience interactions in the Linear measurement and 489,000 interactions in the Same Day 24/7 measurement, up +32% and +36% respectively compared to a year ago, and the second episode of X Factor 2026 was the most talked-about show of the day yesterday (source: Talkwalker)."

The journey of X Factor 2026 continues at the Allianz Cloud in Milan, the Sky Original show produced by Fremantle. Yesterday marked the second Auditions appointment, which saw more aspiring artists take to the stage, all vying for the chance to continue their run in the talent competition. Hosting the show is once again Giorgia, joined at the judges' table by Francesco Gabbani, Irama, Jake La Furia and Paola Iezzi, tasked with evaluating the contestants' talent, personality and potential. Episode 2 of #XF2026 also posted audience figures up compared to a year ago: a total combined audience of 671,000 viewers, with a 3.1% share for the first broadcast on Sky Uno, representing an increase of +21% compared to last year's edition.
