Breakthrough in the investigation into the death of Luigi 'Luca' Esposito, a journalist from Salerno, who was found burned to a cinder last Sunday in an agricultural field in Eboli. Following investigative activities directed by the Salerno Public Prosecutor's Office and carried out by the Investigative Unit of the Salerno Provincial Command, the individual believed to be responsible for the murder of the 53-year-old has been identified and placed under precautionary arrest as a suspect. The man was hiding inside an abandoned farmhouse. The Carabinieri operation was carried out with the support of the ROS Technical Investigation Unit and the Squadrone Cacciatori di Puglia.
