The Carabinieri's report on the recent episodes of "vigilante justice" and "patrols" in Rozzano, in the hinterland, has arrived at the Milan prosecutor's office. A phenomenon that began last Wednesday with the beating of a Moroccan man by some bystanders, as he was identified as the person who had shortly before grabbed a 40-year-old woman, who was then assisted.
In the report, which preludes the opening of an investigation, the military, who in recent days identified two people as the perpetrators of the assault on the foreigner, hypothesized the crime of battery with the aggravating circumstance of racial hatred.
