Vaber Industriale returns under Italian leadership. Founded in Turin in 1957 and today a leader in the production of adhesives, sealants and coatings for various industrial sectors, the company has been acquired 100% by Turin-based Marco Corcione and German national Floris Somers, the new CEO and chairman respectively. The deal was also supported by a €2 million loan granted by Banca Territori del Monviso. Following its acquisition by an American company in 2018, Vaber thus strengthens its ties with its home territory, while maintaining an international presence that today reaches 35 countries.

Originally established in the automotive and body repair sector, the company has over the years expanded its offering into sectors such as marine, rail, aerospace and transport, becoming a partner to major manufacturers of yachts, supercars and industrial vehicles.

The new ownership aims to continue growth through the strengthening of research and development, with particular focus on sustainable solutions such as water-based coatings and non-hazardous adhesives and sealants. The goal is to consolidate the company's development, with a turnover currently distributed 65% across the Italian market and 35% internationally.
