ST. PETERSBURG, October 21. /TASS/. Trade and mutual investment between Russia and China are experiencing stable growth, with almost all settlements being conducted in national currencies, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said.
"Mutual trade is growing steadily, while settlements are being conducted primarily in rubles and yuan. The volume of bilateral investments is also on the rise," he said at the 31st regular meeting with Chinese Premier Li Qiang.
"There are over 90 projects in a wide range of sectors, from metallurgy to agriculture, in the portfolio of a relevant commission," the Russian premier said when speaking about investment. "We expect the number to grow further, including through the implementation of the updated agreement on the promotion and protection of capital investments between Russia and China," he added.
