School prepares everyone - 'It is open to all': this is what Article 34 of the Constitution provides." This was stated by the President of the Republic, Sergio Mattarella, speaking at the inauguration ceremony of the school year at the "Sergio Marchionne" Comprehensive Institute, on the occasion of the tenth anniversary of the earthquake. This passage was underscored by a loud round of applause.
